Mr. Libin s the president and founder of Broad Comm, Inc., a technology consulting group specializing in cyber security, advanced television broadcast, interactive TV, intellectual property and wireless communications. Louis Libin is a business, technology and security expert specializing in national development, Homeland Security, wireless, new product development, and new media. Louis works internationally in strategic development for advanced television for developing nations, most recently, Myanmar, Thailand, The Philippines, and Paraguay, as well as in Central American, Honduras. Libin is well known as a professional advisor, educator and speaker in International Development, Homeland Security, Spectrum, television, telecom, software, and communications industries. Libin has advised clients on spectrum and FCC issues for over two decades and has filed hundreds of FCC applications. Libin provides workshops on equipment and technology to international regulatory agencies such as Ofcom in the UK and Industry Canada. Libin is the wireless coordinator for New York. Libin has been profiled in many newspapers and magazines, including the New York Times. Louis founded, and is President of Broad Comm, Inc, a technology consulting group. Clients include General Electric, NBC, ABC, CBS, Turner Broadcast, Olympic Committees, equipment manufacturers, governments, and a myriad of media start-ups. Libin was the lead for the first AOL TV hardware. Libin has successfully served as an officer or director of many companies and has brought alliances to including General Electric, , Andrea Electronics, Lumio, Microsoft and Zeno Radio. Libin has advised the US State Department, NASA, the NFL, the NBA, the Sports Video Group, the PGA, engage Simply; a social networking marketing company and others. In 2014, Libin was class facilitator/lecturer at Arizona State University, Walter Cronkite School of Journalism on Media Entrepreneurship. Libin is currently associated with the Center for Homeland Defense and Security, funded by FEMA and the US Department of Homeland Security.

Lee Miller

Director of Operations


Lee Miller was born in Denison, TX and grew up in East Texas with his family. He studied music education at Stephen F. Austin State University taking a job in television on his last day of student teaching. Currently, he serves as Chief Operations Officer for Broad-Comm. Lee also provides business authoritative expertise to the broadcast industry as CEO of MSG Resources LLC, which specializes in consulting within broadcast best practices, distribution technologies and media strategy mastery. Lee Miller is a well-known veteran of the broadcast media industry with particular experience in leading for-profit and non-profit broadcasting organizations. His career began in Lufkin, Texas in the early 80’s where he progressed from studio operations to creative services and network management. Mr. Miller has since received various professional designations and memberships such as Society of Broadcast Engineers accredited frequency coordinator, The Energy Professionals Association Certified Energy Consultant, and National Religious Broadcasters Television Committee & past Chair. Lee also serves as the Executive Director of the Advanced Television Broadcasting Alliance, is a member of the Advanced Television Systems Committee and is proud to be part of Texas Association of Broadcasters Golden Mic Club, highlighting extraordinary careers in broadcasting. Continued engagement with his community is at the core of his business practices serving on the board of the Salvation Army and as keyboardist for the contemporary worship band at Harmony Hill Baptist Church. Lee lives near Lufkin Texas on one of his family’s tree farms located in the Texas Forest Country region north of Houston. He is married to Kenla and has two grown children, Joshua, COO of MSGPR Ltd Co and Morgan, a Critical Care ICU RN.
